Delivery Timelines
Quick Commerce (Rentals)
- Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered on the next business day.
- pick-up will be arranged by Stash Box after the rental period ends.
Standard delivery (Selling) within 2–3 business days within the state.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on the seller’s location and shipping partner availability.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your rental order only before the product is shipped.
- Once the product is shipped from our warehouse, cancellation is not allowed and rental charges become non-refundable.
Refunds
- For orders cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund of the rental amount and any refundable security deposit paid.
- Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 2–3 working days.
After Shipping
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the product has been shipped.
- Refunds are also not applicable if you refuse to accept the delivered product without valid reason (such as product damage during transit).
Damaged or Wrong Product
- If the product received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including any paid rental charges and deposit.
