Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the product delivered to you is damaged, broken, or defective.
- You must inform us within 2 to 3 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos/videos showing the damage.
- After verification, we will arrange for the return pickup of the damaged product.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of:
- Rental charges paid
- Refundable security deposit (if any)
- Refunds will be processed to your Bank Account within 5–7 working days.
Important Conditions
- Return requests raised after 4 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Returns are not allowed for reasons like change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size/fit.
- Returned products must be unused and packed securely in their original packaging.
